1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 BGB.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party indicated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return address will be provided upon request.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
To qualify for a full refund, goods must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In original condition

With all original tags, labels, and packaging (where reasonably possible)
5. Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless:

the goods are defective

the goods were delivered incorrectly
-
the goods were damaged during delivery
In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Exclusion / Expiry of Withdrawal Right
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Goods that are explicitly marked as non-returnable before purchase
7. Defective or Incorrect Items (Warranty Rights)
If goods are defective, not as described, or incorrect, statutory warranty rights apply under §§ 434 ff. BGB.
In such cases, you are entitled to:

repair or replacement (at our discretion within legal limits)

or refund where repair/replacement fails or is not possible
